Xalacom とは、目薬、結合された反緑内障薬と関連する。目薬は2つのアクティブなコンポーネントを含んでいる：水の流出の加速のため眼内のプレッシャーを減らし湿気の蓄積、目様体の上皮とラタノプロストの水っぽい一貫性を減らすチモロールマレイン酸エステルは蓄積した。目薬は、最初の使用から一時間にわたって効果したり、6～8時間の後に最大の効率に発達する。　

Xalacom®- 反緑内障は薬を縮瞳薬効果と結合した。Xalacom®の個々はLatanoprost 50mcgと timolol 5mgと等しいTimolol Maleate LPを含む。これらの物質は、効果的な縮小に寄与し、行動の2つの種々のメカニズムのため接眼レンズ内プレッシャーを増大させた。それは単独療法に比べてよりよい臨床効果に寄与している。　

Generic Xalatan reduces pressure in the eye by increasing the amount of fluid that drains from the eye. Generic Xalatan (for the eyes) is used to treat certain types of glaucoma and other causes of high pressure inside the eye.
