Generisk Levaquin er en gruppe af antibiotika som er kaldet fluoroquinoloner. Det anvendes til at behandle bakterieinfektioner som forårsager bronkitis, lungebetændelse, klamydia, gonoré, hudinfektioner, urinvejsinfektioner o.s.v. Det vil ikke virke mod forkølelser, influenza eller andre virusinfektioner.
