Sofovir® is an Indian registered licensed analog of Sovaldi (Sofosbuvir). It is an inhibitor of the NS5B polymerase of hepatitis C virus (HCV) that contains 400mg of the active substance Sofosbuvir. It is used to treat chronic hepatitis C as a component of a combined antiviral therapy regimen in adults. Sofovir® can be used by patients who have not been treated before or who have had unsuccessful experience in the treatment of hepatitis C. Velpanat® - et nyt universelt lægemiddel til behandling af hepatitis C fra Natco Pharma. Det er en kombination af sofosbuvir og velpatasvir. Sofosbuvir og velpatasvir er antivirale lægemidler, der forhindrer reproduktion af hepatitis C-virus (HCV) i din krop. Velpanat® bruges også til behandling af kronisk hepatitis C-virus hos voksne med HCV-genotyper 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 eller 6.

Generisk Daklinza er et antiviralt lægemiddel, som forhindrer hepatitis C virus (HCV) fra at opformeres i din krop. Daclatasvir bruges til at behandle genotype 3 kronisk hepatitis C hos voksne uden cirrose. Denne medicin gives sammen med et andet lægemiddel kaldet sofosbuvir.

Natdac®, as an inhibitor of the nonstructural protein 5A (NS5A), a multifunctional protein required for HCV replication, suppresses two stages of the life cycle of the virus-viral RNA replication and virion assembly.
